For content providers, it’s become a powerful distribution channel that’s now the second most-watched free ad-supported streaming app on the VIZIO platform. And for advertisers, it offers better rates with greater efficiency.
In the last year, we’ve increased our free catalog of content by 84%, with over 1,300 movie premiers, 20 exclusive channels, and branded content series. WatchFree+ now offers over 300 live channels, 50 local channels, & more than 15,000 movies and shows on demand. WatchFree+ viewing hours have also doubled year-over-year as a result of our data-driven programming strategy, which gives audiences more of what they want while also creating a more engaging ecosystem for our advertisers.
