We value your partnership in achieving these shared goals. | | --- | | - Selling a broad entertainment offering is prohibited. - No competitive products or services to VIZIO. - No content containing false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive claims. - Cannot accept content concerning political candidates, campaigns, political parties or other political organizations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. - No illegal narcotics; tobacco products; e-cigarette, drug or tobacco paraphernalia; weapons, ammunition, or explosives; adult products or services of a sexual nature; counterfeit products; harmful products, threatening, harassing, defamatory or invasive of another’s privacy or right of publicity; gambling and wagering products; illegal products or the sale of which violates any applicable law. |   | - Cannot accept content containing hate speech; discriminatory in nature; conduct that violates any applicable law; infringe upon intellectual property rights, personal rights or proprietary rights; contain nudity, depict people in sexually explicit or suggestive positions; obscene language; promote or display excessive violence; or contain obscene or violent images. - Content must represent the product, service or brand - Partner must ensure creative is (a) appropriate for viewing by children; (b) does not involve interest-based or behaviorally targeted advertising; and (c) complies with all applicable legal regulations and industry standards relating to advertising to children. | | --- | --- | --- | # 10 Foot User Interface (UI) | View Creative on a 42"-48" TV and stand back 10 feet to check legibility and color. The TV experience occurs across varying distances and needs to be legible from ten feet away. Although the screen can be large, the resolution is lower, and distance from thge screen means a smaller angle of view. 10 foot UI requires simplicity with low information density. Keep the design clean and reduce to the simplest components.
